RoboCop 1.0 - The Bum Bot

Now we are seeing Robots autonomously patrolling the streets to spray the homeless with water like dogs doing it in the road. This bum-bot is further evidence that we are living in the Science Fiction era with tinges of RoboCop, 1984 and 2001: A Space Odessey (in that the robot has one big red eye).
