My Current RFP on Guru.com: Will they accept this type of proposal?

Dear Sir or Madam,

In the spirit of full and accurate representation of myself, I am presenting myself as a hobbyist interested in finding financing for supporting the arts. I am writing to ask if the RFP I am writing below is acceptable under your terms of use. This is a proof of concept for operationalizing a term called a “MicroGrant”. Web Specifications and Features

This Blog should be considered Robot in the Woods Version 1.0. Version 2.0, however, will be a sophisticated artist profiling and customer tracking, database-driven website. Some of the features and specifications are listed below:

Project Description: Robot in the Woods

This site is to build a Web 2.0 social website for a community of artists. The artists will submit artwork in order to build their portfolio and increase their exposure. This will also be an e-commerce site for distribution of Robot in the Woods merchandising.

Work to include installation on buyer’s web hosting platform.

ROBOT IN THE WOODS 2.0 is Coming Soon!

Artist and lovers of robots. Please check back regularly for a new artist rendering of Robot in the Wood. Help me get this self-representing artist promotion web 2.0 community up and running with a $1.00 microgrant. I want to be online by June 1 and any amount will help. Tell all your friends who love robots and/or the woods that new Robot in the Woods artists will be updated regularly.

Please contribute art. What is the first thing you imagined when you heard the phrase, Robot in the Woods. How would you draw it? Or how would you write it.
